Our Directors

Amber Merrick Potter

Director

Amber specialises in connecting communities with nature and culture. She combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, using nature connection and forest school principles to create inclusive, resilient, and engaging experiences. A 2023 Churchill Fellow, her work is shaped by international research and a strong commitment to equitable access as a matter of social justice. Amber currently leads programmes for the National Trust including the response to the felling of Sycamore Gap, chairs two of the Nature Connectedness Network with Derby University and previously led the Green Futures programme City of Culture 2021

John Noble

Director

John is a skilled facilitator, foraging and gardening expert, he specialises in helping people connect with nature through practical, hands-on experiences. His work focuses on sharing knowledge, building confidence, and enabling others to engage more deeply with the natural world. John has delivered award winning garden projects – like HMP Rye Hill with Garden Organic and delivers specialist delivery sessions fusing bushcraft and nature connection principles in specialist educational, mental health and charity sector settings.
